Fees
The fees for treatment depend on the severity of the patient's case. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options with our Financial Coordinator before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets, including a no-down-payment option.
Payment Options
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established these payment options:
- We offer a financial courtesy to accounts paid in full on or before the start of treatment.
- An installment plan is available to extend payments within the estimated treatment time.
- We accept most major credit cards as well as cash, money orders and personal checks.
- For your convenience, ACH electronic processing and automatic monthly processing to a credit card on file is also available.
Our goal is to finish treatment as efficiently as possible, so neither the fee nor the payments are based on the number of appointments or length of treatment, but represent a convenient method of budgeting the cost of treatment over a reasonable period of time.
Insurance
If you have insurance, we will be happy to help you determine the coverage you may have available for orthodontic treatment. Most insurance policies are responsible for a percentage of the total fee up to a fixed lifetime maximum amount. Benefits are usually prorated into monthly/quarterly payments based on the estimated length of treatment. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit all necessary claims to maximize orthodontic benefits. As an out of network provider, all orthodontic benefits will be issued directly to the policyholder.
