Nancy Spohn, Financial Coordinator
Nancy has worked with Dr. Conroy since 2003, coordinating payment plans and insurance benefits for patient accounts. She is also the mother of two former patients with Dr. Conroy, and was a patient herself. Nancy is happy to share her experiences with you, and enjoys helping new families prepare for their orthodontic experience.
Angela Liddell, Scheduling Coordinator
Angela has been working with Dr. Conroy since 2002. She has been in orthodontics since 1996. She loves this field of work because she gets to see people's lives truly changed with treatment as they come out with a beautiful new smile! Angela truly looks forward to greeting you when you come to the office for an appointment.
Grace Terranova, Patient Coordinator
Grace has been working with Dr. Conroy since October, 2006. Grace possesses many administrative skills and uses them on a daily basis to help coordinate patient needs. She enjoys being a part of an amazing practice that provides the highest standards of orthodontic care and customer service.
Kathy Bielot, Treatment Coordinator
Kathy has been working with Dr. Conroy since November, 2007. She enjoys welcoming new patients into the practice. Kathy loves interacting with patients and families, and seeing the resulting beautiful smiles after treatment has been completed. Kathy looks forward to making your first visit to our office memorable!
Mary Davidson Windish, Clinical Coordinator
Mary has been with this practice since 1973. She is multitalented and brings a wealth of personal and professional skills to her role in the office. She is excited to see how the practice has evolved over time, and is impressed by the state-of-the-art work of Dr. Conroy. Mary enjoys working with our patients and loves getting to help make smiles. She will always make you comfortable at our office!
Paula Spero, Orthodontic Assistant
Paula has worked in orthodontics since 1984 and with Dr. Conroy since 1997. Her cheerful attitude is contagious and her clinical experience is extensive. She enjoys the happy atmosphere of the office and watching each patient's progress.
Ermela Ndoni, Orthodontic Assistant
Ermela has been working with Dr. Conroy since 2005. She completed the dental assistant program at Tunxis in 2003. Ermela has a great time working with our staff and friendly patients. She enjoys helping our patients achieve beautiful smiles. Ermela is fluent in Albanian.
Martine Ouellette, Orthodontic Assistant
Martine was a general dentistry assistant for 27 years for Dr. Conroy's father until he retired in 2001. Since then, she has applied her clinical skills in the specialty of orthodontics. Working with her hands and making orthodontics a positive experience for everyone is important to Martine. Martine is fluent in French.
Evie Lech, Orthodontic Assistant
Evie joined Dr. Conroy’s office in July, 2007, right after completing the dental assistant program at Tunxis. She enjoys working in orthodontics and thinks that it is fun and rewarding to see the beautiful results our patients receive from orthodontic treatment. You can ask her about the special braces that she has on her teeth! Evie is fluent in Polish.
Diane DeDominicis, Orthodontic Assistant
Diane has been working with Dr. Conroy since April, 2007. She completed the dental assistant program at Tunxis. Diane enjoys what she does for a living because she loves to see how happy patients are when they are finished with their treatment. She looks forward to helping you have a terrific experience!
Barbara Radcliff, Orthodontic Assistant
Barbara has been an orthodontic assistant since 1988. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. Barbara joined Dr. Conroy's office in January 2010. She likes sharing the experience of improving each patient's smiles!
Molly Ruder, Orthodontic Assistant
Molly has been working with Dr. Conroy since she came into the orthodontic field in 2003. She loves helping people achieve beautiful smiles and seeing the confidence it brings to them.
Shaun Poglitsch, Laboratory Technician
Shaun has worked with Dr. Conroy since 2005. He has been in the field of orthodontics since 1999 and continuously uses his skills to help create orthodontic appliances.
David Windish, Laboratory Technician
David has been working with Dr. Conroy since October 2006. David uses his skills to help create orthodontic appliances for our patients. |
