Pamela Scherrer,Office Manager

Pamela joined our practice in 2010.  She brings with her 15 years experience in the exciting field of Orthodontics.  Pam loves to help our patients have a rewarding experience in our office and would like to hear feedback from you at your next visit.  You can also e-mail your questions or comments to:  pam@conroyortho.com and she will be happy to respond.  In her spare time, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, biking and making jewelry.  She looks forward to meeting you soon.

Barbara Looney, Financial Coordinator
Barbara has worked in the Dental field for over 20 yrs and just joined our office in July 2011. She is our 'go to' girl for coordinating payment plans and insurance benefits for patient accounts. If you have a financial question you can email her at: Barb@conroyortho.com. MaryJane Ayotte, Scheduling Coordinator    

MaryJane has worked with Dr. Conroy since November, 2010. Kathy Bielot, Treatment Coordinator
Kathy has been working with Dr. Conroy since November, 2007. She enjoys welcoming new patients into the practice. Kathy loves interacting with patients and families, and seeing the resulting beautiful smiles after treatment has been completed. Mary Davidson Windish, Clinical Coordinator
Mary has been with this practice since 1973. She is multitalented and brings a wealth of personal and professional skills to her role in the office. She is excited to see how the practice has evolved over time, and is impressed by the state-of-the-art work of Dr. Conroy. Mary enjoys working with our patients and loves getting to help make smiles. She will always make you comfortable at our office!

Paula Spero, Orthodontic Assistant
Paula has worked in orthodontics since 1984 and with Dr. Conroy since 1997. Her cheerful attitude is contagious and her clinical experience is extensive. She enjoys the happy atmosphere of the office and watching each patient's progress.

Ermela Ndoni, Orthodontic Assistant
Ermela has been working with Dr. Conroy since 2005. She completed the dental assistant program at Tunxis in 2003. Ermela has a great time working with our staff and friendly patients. She enjoys helping our patients achieve beautiful smiles. Ermela is fluent in Albanian.


Evie Lech, Orthodontic Assistant
Evie joined Dr. Conroys office in July, 2007, right after completing the dental assistant program at Tunxis. She enjoys working in orthodontics and thinks that it is fun and rewarding to see the beautiful results our patients receive from orthodontic treatment. You can ask her about the special braces that she has on her teeth! Evie is fluent in Polish.

Diane DeDominicis, Orthodontic Assistant
Diane has been working with Dr. Conroy since April, 2007. She completed the dental assistant program at Tunxis. Diane enjoys what she does for a living because she loves to see how happy patients are when they are finished with their treatment. She looks forward to helping you have a terrific experience!

Kristen Salonia, Orthodontic Assistant

Kristen joined Dr. Conroys office in August 2010. Kristen has always had a passion for the dental field that was influenced by her aunt Dr. Salonia who is a dentist.  Kristen enjoys giving every patient a reason to smile and will be happy to make your experience  a positive one.

Barbara Radcliff, Orthodontic Assistant
Barbara has been an orthodontic assistant since 1988.  She is a Certified Dental Assistant and a Certified Orthodontic Assistant.  Barbara joined Dr. Conroy's office in January 2010.  She likes sharing the experience of improving each patient's smiles!                                                                                                                            

Shaun Poglitsch, Laboratory Technician
Shaun has worked with Dr. Conroy since 2005. He has been in the field of orthodontics since 1999 and continuously uses his skills to help create orthodontic appliances.

David Windish, Laboratory Technician
David has been working with Dr. Conroy since October 2006. David uses his skills to help create orthodontic appliances for our patients.
