Kathleen – Practice Manager
Kathleen attended the University of Saint Joseph where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She began her career at Pratt and Whitney, and worked as an Office Manager at Hartford Healthcare. Prior to joining Conroy Orthodontics, her children were all patients of Dr. Conroy! During her time working with us, Kathleen has worn many hats. She has worked as a Scheduling Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, and Team Lead. A major highlight of Kathleen’s day is seeing patients’ smiles transform throughout treatment. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys a good Rangers hockey game, spending time with her family, friends, and hiking with her dogs, Bailey and Chevy.
MaryJane – Office Manager
MaryJane has been in the medical/pharmaceutical sales and customer service industry since 1991. She holds a Certificate of Completion in Dental Assisting from Middlesex Community College. MaryJane started her career in dentistry working in pediatrics. She is now thoroughly enjoying the field of orthodontics, working closely with patients of all ages! The highlight of MJ’s day is her interaction with all of the patients who enter our offices. MJ is always ready with a kind word and enjoys developing close relationships with our patients and team members. She is very knowledgeable and is often the first person that our patients interact with. Outside of the office, she enjoys entertaining family, cooking, a good movie and spending time with her husband Michael and three grown children.
Kimberly – Financial Coordinator
Kim joined our office in August of 2010, bringing with her over 20 years of customer service, financial and administrative management experience. Prior to joining Conroy Orthodontics, Kim was a banking officer for ten years, managed a pediatric dental practice for five years and was a Student Loan Officer at ESCU also for five years. During her time with us Kim has been one of our Front Office Coordinators, Observation Coordinators and currently one of our Financial Coordinators. That’s a lot of coordinating! She loves to learn and expand her knowledge and expertise…but most of all she loves helping you! Her goal is to provide an amazing experience with exceptional orthodontic care! When not working, Kim enjoys entertaining family and friends, gardening, reading and is always ready for a good joke! “There is little success where there is little laughter” – Andrew Carnegie
Laura – Financial Coordinator
Laura joins us with over 12 years experience in the dental field. With her background and knowledge she is happy to assist you with all your scheduling and appointment needs. Laura enjoys watching the patient’s smile and confidence progress over the course of treatment. She loves getting to know you and your families and wants to make sure that you always have a great experience at our offices! Laura resides in Glastonbury with her husband and two pugs. She enjoys volunteering her time for Glastonbury Little League. When not working, she loves to cook and travel with her husband and spend time with her three grown children.
Kerry – Treatment Coordinator
Kerry has worked in orthodontics since 1997! She has worked in several capacities throughout her career. She is certified in Radiology, Infection Control and CPR. Kerry enjoys working with patients, making them feel comfortable, and of course, seeing the end results – their beautiful smiles! Her warm personality puts patients at ease. Kerry’s talents go beyond the clinic to our in-house lab where she creates retainers and appliances for our patients. Over the years, she has worked with thousands of patients, and she loves when patients recognize her outside the office and tell her about their positive orthodontic experiences! Outside the office, Kerry enjoys spending her free time with her daughter, Mackenzie and her dogs, Chloe and Sadie!
Alanna – Treatment Coordinator
Alanna received her Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts from Bay Path University, and will be pursuing a Master’s degree this fall. With over ten years’ experience in the customer service field, Alanna is more than happy to assist you with all of your scheduling and appointment needs. Her goal is to make your first visit to our office as welcoming and smooth as possible, in addition to gaining further knowledge about the orthodontic field.
Diane – Clinical Coordinator
Diane has worked as an orthodontic assistant since 1990! She is a graduate of Briarwood College where she attended the Dental Assistant program. Diane enjoys all aspects of assisting our doctors. Her greatest gift to our office, and to our patients, is her ability to make our patients and their families feel at ease through her warm and engaging conversation. Diane’s strong clinical skills and her confident care of our patients help our doctors achieve an excellent result. Diane is especially proud of her contribution in achieving beautiful, lasting smiles for all of our patients.
Betty – Clinical Assistant
Betty has worked in orthodontics since 1977! While working, she achieved her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in business from Eastern Connecticut State University. Betty brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to our practice that can only be acquired by her years of experience working with doctors, patients and families. When a patient sits in Betty’s chair, the kindness and patience she exudes will calm even the most fearful of patients. Outside the office, Betty enjoys the time she spends with her many close friends and family; particularly her grandson Ollie. She is especially adept at finding a good bargain!
Eunice – Clinical Assistant + Ordering Specialist
Eunice has been an orthodontic assistant since 1993 with over 26 yrs. of experience. She learned her amazing skills on the job but is also Radiology, Infection Control and CPR Certified. Eunice also orders all supplies (both clinical and administrative) for three locations. She is extremely organized and detail oriented. Besides being an experienced and skilled assistant, “Eunie” is great at making you and your children feel at-home and relaxed when you visit. She loves getting to know her patients and creating a bond that is beyond a beautiful smile! Eunice is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and loves to talk about her travels and experiences. Outside the office, Eunice enjoys traveling and spending as much time with her family, friends and fur babies as possible.
Deb – Clinical Assistant
Deb has been an orthodontic assistant, and has over twenty-five years’ experience. She is certified in Radiology, Infection Control, and CPR. Deb takes pride in what she does at Conroy Orthodontics, and loves showing patients how our doctors help them achieve an amazing smile. She also enjoys meeting new families, and being part of patients’ orthodontic journeys. In her spare time, Deb enjoys pet-sitting for individuals’ fur babies, sitting on the beach in Cape Cod, and spending time with her Dad.

Crystal – Schedule Coordinator
Crystal is a recent addition to our scheduling team. She studied at Tunxis Community College with a focus on Early Childhood Development. With over 15 years experience in customer service and supervising, Crystal is more than happy to assist you with all of your scheduling and appointment needs. She is wonderful with children, loves dogs and is super eager to learn more about dentistry!
